Please select from the recommended yeast strains above or choose your own. The most commonly chosen yeast strains are: Liquid yeast, Wyeast 1056, Omega OYL-004, or Imperial Flagship A07. Dry yeast, US-05 Blind Pig is full-bodied, very hoppy, with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry, bitter finish!

Blind Pig
Tasty brew, fermented on WLP001. This took 2 weeks from brew day to keg. This is maybe my 6th or so kit from Farmhouse. They always come through with awesome recipes, fast shipping, and good customer service!
