One of my favorites along with Mosiac, Citra and Cascade. A must for IPA lovers.

Like mango candy for your nose
Very fruity mango aroma in a dry hopped IPA. Would recommend pairing with a traditional piney hop to get a more well rounded beer. The pellets themselves are quite different than the american hops I am used to. They stick together a lot, and fall apart quickly once separated from the bunch.

Different than I thought
I thought Galaxy was supposed to be candy sweet smelling. I thought it was more of a rich deep earthy-sweet smelling hop. We'll see how it tastes to drink!

Hops from Oz
I feel this is the best hop variety to come out of Australia. I first had this in an experimental IPA Dale Bros. made 3 years ago... love it. I use it in an APA with Centennial, bittered with Simcoe. This pound won't see the spring. Fruity with tangerine and peach.
