didn't work
I used this as the only bittering addition in a hoppy pale ale. It should have provided 40-50 IBUs per the calculations (all 10mL into 10G of 1.054 wort). My tongue tells me it did not provide even a drop of bitterness. I used a full lb of Citra in a 1 hour steep. The beer tasted like sweet tropical citrus juice. No bitterness up front or after finish. Very disappointed.

Convenient and some say better
John Kimmich of the Alchemist uses hops extract for his 60 minute hops addition (Heady Topper). I find this to be quite convenient and since you are only trying to get the bitterness and not the flavor there is no need to wonder "which hops did they use". I use these for IPA's and more. The only drawback is if you store it in the fridge it is hard to push it out. Worth checking out, not expensive.
