Derived from Nugget, it demonstrates a similar brewing profile to Nugget and other Columbus-type hops. Millennium is often described as somewhat pungent with resin, floral, toffee and pear aromas. Typically used for bittering due to its' high alpha acid content, brewers are re-discovering the hop for aroma additions due to it's relatively high oil content.
Use In: Hoppy American ales, Stouts, Porters.
