A Thiolized™ version of Omega's popular hazy strain, British Ale V (OYL-011), Cosmic Punch™ Ale generates thiols through biotransformation, releasing tropical aromas experienced in southern hemisphere hops and New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. This punchy strain unleashes vibrant grapefruit, passion fruit and guava notes. Expect the same performance and haze you get from British V, but with additional thiol aromas. Experiment with mash hopping or wine grape-derived products to push even more thiols.

Yeast
I made a 1 BBL batch with a 6L starter and two pouches. This beer dropped from 1.068 to 1.028 overnight. It was explosive. I fermented at 70F. Very hazy appearance. The fermenting beer tasted like fruity wine for a few days and then mellowed out to taste more like a fruity hazy ipa. I dry hopped twice. Once on day 1.5 and once at day 12 at 50 F. The finished beer is great.
