Nice Base Malt for German Beers
I used this malt along with the CMC's Munich malt to make an Oktoberfest this year. Adding sweetness and melanoidins to balance the bitterness imparted by the hops without being too cloyingly sweet. This would also work well in Bocks, Stouts, or some specialty beers
