It has a very mild aroma and contributes balanced flavor, but the bitter bite is sought after for bigger IPAs and many Imperial styles. Its high myrcene oil content contributes to its piney and zesty character. Aroma/Flavor: Grapefruity, lemony, Pineapple, and some sweet basil.
