Suitable for many European style beers including Lagers, Pilsners, Helles, Munich Dunkel, Rauchbier and more.

Great Results
I read the article in Brew magazine about dry yeast. I gave this a try on a fest bier that I make and the results were impressive. I think it's more authentic than the Bohememian Lager yeast I've traditionally tried.
