Safale S04
Good yeast for extra dry stouts.

Safale S04
The yeast I purchased was “on sale”. When it arrived, I was sad to see that the expiration date for the packets was only a month away. Had I known that I would have not purchased them.

Very good
I like this yeast for stouts, porters, and brown ales. It chews through the wort quickly and drops out fast. Its flavor profile works really well with dark ales and I've never had a problem with this yeast not activating rapidly even without rehydration.

Great Results with this Ale Yeast!
I currently do about half my beers with this ale yeast. It's a good neutral ale yeast for american and english ales.

WHY BOTHER OR PAY FOR LIQUID?
I only brew extract with a grain or two ,my last 2 batches started to bubble in less than 4 hours and were done in 3 days.I was amazed that the airlock burped sometimes twice a second!! Safale S-04 is not just fast but all the sediment cakes on the bottom. Just sprinkle it on the top of your wort.
