Big toasty malt flavors with balanced hop bitterness and spicy rye offer a full and complex texture with a refined bittered finish. A truly different IPA for dark beer fans.
Yeast is NOT INCLUDED in this kit. Please select from the recommended yeast strains above or choose your own. The most commonly chosen yeast strains are: Wyeast 1968 London ESB or Safale S-04.

Just finished bottling this recipe. Tastes exactly like the real deal. I followed the directions from the website this recipe was inspired by, not the paper that came with it. Used W002 yeast.

Excellent Black IPA
A fantastic blend of malt & hops. This turned out to be one of my all time favorites. Close your eyes and you will have no idea this beer is night black & not an amber imperial IPA. You must try this beauty.
