Great clean-tasting yeast
I use it for all my beers. It is a workhorse. Always starts within 12 hours and finishes in about 3 days. Very clean-tasting, so probably not what you're looking for if you want fruity flavors. I have noticed some off flavor (banana-like) if the temperature gets up around 75F, but the flavor lessens with age. Just keep your temps under control and you'll be fine.

go-to yeast for clean beers
I always use a starter consisting of 5 oz. dry malt, 1/4 tsp. yeast nutrient, and a few hop pellets. This yeast always takes off, and after pitching it typically finishes around 1.009. Just made a cream ale with 2-row and flaked corn; delicious and refreshing!

one of the best dry yeasts
This is my goto yeast to just have around as a backup. It ferments clean and clear and stores well

The BEST dry yeast?
If not the best, this is one of them. Great for American style ales, as well as dry stouts, and any ale you want a clean profile. It takes a little while to finish, but it is worth the wait.
