Fresh Yeast No Rehydration Needed
As the title stated. Fresh yeast was thinking about rehydrating but didn't need to. Vigorous fermentation withing 8 hours of sealing my IPA.

Best dry yeast Ive ever used
I used to strictly use liquid yeast, and always made starters. I was under the impression that no dry yeast could compete or even come close to liquid. For the sake of science, and after reading so much about different yeasts and techniques, I decided to make a simple SMaSH beer to test this yeast out. That beer turned out to be one of the best beers I've ever brewed. Now, I use this yeast for almost every brew I make- at least all of my hoppy pale ales and IPAs anyway. Unless Im going to make something that can only be made with a specific liquid strain, I use this yeast. It really lets the hops shine, and the malt character is always seemingly right where I want it. I love how I can simply re-hydrate and pitch instead of going through all the extra effort of making a starter. Every beer Ive made with it comes out really clean tasting and leaves a nice cake. I recommend this yeast to everyone.

All Round Great Yeast
I use this yeast for most of my brews which are generally American style ales. It has a very clean taste and performs well over a wide range of temperatures. It attenuates well with okay flocculation. It handles high gravity wort just fine. I pitch 1.3-1.5 packets for OG from 1.085 to 1.105. I carefully fold over the packet with remaining yeast, slip it into a zip-lock bag, and put it in the refrigerator. I try to use it up within a couple weeks. Farmhouse has a great price that is even better when you buy 20 packs and get the 15% discount. I always keep a bunch of it in my refrigerator.

Great all around ale yeast
Reliable, good attenuation, clean, inexpensive. I use it for about half my beers. S0-4 for the rest.

Always have some of this on hand.
For American Pale ales and IPA's this is a must to have on hand. If you don't have time for a starter you can always pitch a pack of US05. Great for spur of the moment brews!
