Styrian Wolf is a dual purpose hop developed by the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research and Brewing. It has high alpha acids and gives complex, intense aromas including mango, passionfruit, lemongrass and strawberry as well as spicy and herbal flavours.
Use in: Pale Ale Pilsner, Lagers, Belgian Ales, ESB.
