A collaboration between Farmhouse Brewing Supply and G5 Brewing of Beloit, WI
Using a tremendous amount of New Zealand hops gives this beer stone fruit, grassy, and big lime aromas/flavor. A new twist on the traditional American Pale Ale.
When trying to name this creation we looked to a map of New Zealand for inspiration, that’s where we noticed all the names of the hops used are towns located just
“Just West of Nelson”

NZ beer was excellent
Finished a 5 gallon keg of this. Fermented with Hornindal Kviek. Loved it!

Good brew
Brewed 7/17/22, kegged and drinking 7/28. Fermented with Kveik Hornindal temp controlled at 90F. OG was 1.061 with FG of 1.009. Aroma turned out pineapple and citrus. Lemon and lime flavor and fairly dry.
